Returns & Exchanges

At Servis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Servis account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
